Product characteristics. Enhanced structure
FORD-ONE is a kind of two-component polymer elastomer, which can quickly strengthen the structure of the substrate after spraying and form a protective film on the surface of the coated object.
Toughening and abrasion resistance
FORD-ONE solves the disadvantages of traditional coatings that cannot withstand repeated impact and abrasion. As a new type of strong and abrasion resistant material, FORD-ONE's high hardness, high cohesion and other excellent characteristics can reduce the maintenance costs of core components of equipment and losses due to downtime.
Waterproof and anti-corrosion
FORD-ONE can form a protective film on the surface of the substrate by continuous spraying, which effectively isolates the invasion of moisture, oxygen, acid and alkali and other external media, achieving the effect of oxidation and corrosion resistance. The good adhesion of the coating layer can maintain stable performance in high temperature and high humidity environment, and continuously inhibit corrosion for a long time, greatly extending the maintenance cycle and reducing maintenance costs.
Bullet-proof and explosion-proof
The tensile strength of FORD-ONE is greater than 30MPa and the elongation at break is up to 1000%. FORD-ONE walls can withstand explosive impacts up to 20 times higher than ordinary walls. The excellent elastic protection has great potential for emergency and military applications.
